Allied is looking for a part-time **Guest Services Representative** to join our team at The Well in Toronto.

As a Guest Services Representative for The Rink, you will serve as our primary contact throughout the skating season. We’re thrilled to reopen The Rink at The Well and invite guests to enjoy a family-friendly holiday activity. In this role, you will oversee the rink's operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and successfully.

**What is The Well?**

The Well is a unique and innovative joint venture between Allied and Riocan.

Located at Spadina and Front, The Well brings together three million square feet of retail, office, and residential space constructed over 7.7 acres. Through this, The Well sets the stage for meaningful experiences that draw people from down the street and across the globe to eat, shop, work, live and play in Toronto.

**What will you do?**:

- Greet and assist guests with a positive attitude and answer questions about The Rink policies, skate times, equipment rentals and general questions about The Well
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment within The Rink rental hut
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are done on time and correctly
- Manage guest check-ins and reservations both online and in-person
- Manage the rentals of skates, helmets and skate aids
- Manage bag and shoe check
- Ensure skate release forms are completed by all guests
- Ensure guests are safe and following the code of conduct
- Ensure all underage guests are wearing helmets and are accompanied by an adult
- Assist in the coordination of private rink rentals, scheduled performances, and ice maintenance.
- Complete and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting

**What are we looking for?**:

- Must be comfortable outdoors in cold weather conditions
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or related experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, and follow strict deadlines
- Able to adapt to changes in workflow and business priorities with ease.
- Natural relationship builder and team worker
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
