- Provide an amazing experience for each and every customer, giving them not only what they want but what they really need.
- Making sure staff on duty are keeping busy (as well as yourself)
- Meet and _exceed _personal sales goal as well as the store sales goal.
- Helping your team out in making sure they hit and exceed their goals as well #Teamwork
- Complete all point of sale functions correctly with focus.
- Dealing with customer inquiries
- Stay informed of current fashion trends.
- Maintain the front and back of the store making sure everything is organised and neat.
- Effectively communicate all store needs to management.
- **Requirements**_
- Prior _(Canadian) _retail leadership experience.
- No problem with giving criticism
- Making sure everyone is keeping up with staff duties
- Stand for long periods of time
- The desire to succeed
- Excellent customer service skills, no problem making conversation with strangers.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is very key
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
- Reliability
- Ability to absorb knowledge quickly
