The Permits & Regulatory Affairs Analyst is responsible for the control, processing and monitoring of all permits issued by the NSLC under the Liquor Control Act (LCA). This includes processing all NSLC permit applications, in accordance with the provisions of the Liquor Control Act, Regulations, and Corporate Policy and Procedures. The position also creates policies and procedures documents, provides advice on regulatory matters, and works closely with manufacturers, producers, registered representatives and contacts at Alcohol, Gaming Fuel & Tobacco (AGFT). Additionally, the Permits & Regulatory Affairs Analyst will provide support to the Manager, Policy and Privacy.
