Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own end to end the launch strategy across all residential channels as well as processes supporting all program, tactics, initiative product and network launches involving the frontline- Continuously aim to improve the quality of launch, time to market of all launches and channel performance- Responsible of the positioning, support, coachingto all channels’ front line, supporting any launch or product/network improvement- Responsible for the end to end execution and channel readiness of all marketing plan activity with the collaboration of the Acquisition and Base team- Ensure all programs, offers, products and communication are developed and implemented with the launch excellence and customer experience/satisfaction in mind- Set the channels for success by equipping them with all the needed tactics to help them reach their target (collaterals, leads list set up in dialer or or database for D2D )- Identify proactively possible blocker to the launch, communicate them, elevate and lead the path to address them (ie. channel readiness/support vs. network/product issues/supply shortages...) on time if they are under the team control or if not flag them and propose a mitigation plan- Collaborate closely with the cross functional team to reach launch excellence within the agreed timeline- Develop, shape and inspire the marketing team in creating a robust process and tools to support the different channels and collaborate better with them- Lead a team of skilled professionals, nurture, support, enable and serve them to reach high performance- Promote self-organisation and team spirit, champions continuous improvement, advocates for the right instead of the easy solution- Build a trusting and safe environment where problems/challenges can be raised and addressed without fear
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
ACADEMIC TRAINING- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred- MBA an asset
WORK EXPERIENCE- +10 years Marketing/go to market experience supporting Senior Level management- +5 years experience in a high volume/fast paced work environment with a team lead position- Have experience in program and product launch as well as planning- Understanding the Internet business is an asset.- Bilingual, English and French is required.
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES- Working knowledge of the Canadian Wireline market- Exceptional business and financial acumen with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)- Proven experience in leading progressive and innovative teams- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, coordinate and complete tasks to meet deadlines- Ability to adapt to changing environment- Self-starter and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment- capable of identifying proactively impact across the business units and recommend medication plans- Macro level thinker with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making skills- Superior organisational skills- Superior thinking, reasoning, and other cognitive abilities- Proven stakeholder management abilities
