Barber

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and build a loyal clientele base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences
- Perform various hair styling techniques, including cutting, trimming, and shaping hair
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and provide guidance on maintenance routines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing payments
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber or hairstylist in a professional salon or barbershop setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques for both men and women
- Knowledge of current trends in hairstyles and grooming practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail sales of hair care products is a plus
- Must be able to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness according to industry standards

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
