**The operation associate position**: This is a full-time position within our operations and fertilizer departments and reports to the operations manager.
- Must have a valid driver license and own vehicle(DZ license is an asset) to commute to Stouffville on a daily basis
- Must have flexible availability and free to work weekends, evenings, early mornings, holidays as/when needed
- Must be capable of lifting 55lbs
- Have the ability and willingness to work in all weather environments
- Working at heights and confined spaces
- Strong work ethic, be dependable, team oriented and have the capacity to learn
- Observe and enforce all company policies and adhere to all safety requirements
- Effectively communicate with managers and co-workers
- Be professional and courteous to all customers

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Shipping & receiving, unloading trucks (Grain, Fertilizer, Seed)
- Equipment and building maintenance
- Grading grain (training provided, experience is an asset)
- Fertilizer blending (training provided, experience is an asset)
- General work and housekeeping as needed and as assigned
- Assist the Sales staff as needed
- Warehouse working including operating a forklift, tractor and loader
- Shipping, receiving and corresponding paperwork
- Able to use a computer for data inputting

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
