Carpenter / Foreman

**Responsibilities**
- Execute basic residential framing, deck building, and detailed trim carpentry
- Interpret and follow construction drawings and specifications
- Manage and direct a **2-3 person crew** on-site, ensuring quality and safety
- Collaborate with project managers and trades to deliver high-end projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years experience** in residential carpentry (renovations required)
- Proficiency with **hand and power tools**:

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Compensation**
