At **Crestwood Dental Choice**, we’re looking for a **Dental Administrator** who brings warmth, initiative, and strong organizational skills to our patient-focused clinic.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, supports our clinical team, and helps ensure each day runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Hours**:

- **Tuesday**: 11:30am - 7:30pm
- **Wednesday & Thursday**: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- **Alternating Friday**: 9:00am - 3:00pm

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet every patient with warmth and make them feel cared for from the moment they walk in
- Keep the front desk running smoothly by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and schedules
- Handle patient records, billing, insurance claims, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Support and motivate your teammates — bringing a touch of leadership to help the day flow seamlessly
- Anticipate patient and schedule needs and take initiative and be proactive
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience every time

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous dental administration experience (1 to 2years of experience)
- Naturally positive and upbeat personality with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you love keeping things in order
- Proactive and dependable — you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done
- Caring, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel at ease
