Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a **Strategic Pricing Manager - Market Access **, located in Toronto, Ontario.

**About Johnson & Johnson**:
**About the Role**:
As Manager, Strategic Pricing, you will lead the development of pricing strategies to optimize the access and revenue opportunity for Johnson & Johnson's products within the Canadian healthcare environment. You will play an integral role within the broader Market Access department, bringing important insights and conducting analyses that will drive the overall product strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of product list price strategies for new and existing products, throughout the product lifecycle
- Actively partner with internal customers (local and global) to develop net pricing strategies for Johnson & Johnson products
- Communicate price strategies and policy implications to internal and external customers
- Build persuasive PMPRB pricing submissions to influence positive PMPRB decisions
- Provide expertise on PMPRB regulations for emerging and existing products to cross-functional partners
- Participate in strategic pricing projects and initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A minimum of an Undergraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, economics or health service sciences is required

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- 3+ years of Market Access experience in pharmaceutical or health-related industry is required
- Strong research and analytical skills required
- Strong learning agility and ability to handle ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to partner effectively across internal teams and with external partners
- Able to think critically, innovatively and possess strong business sense
- Highly engaged with developing solutions and driving outcomes
- Able to manage complexity and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-developed presentation skills (able to communicate complex issues and challenges clearly and appropriately to internal and external partners)
- Strong organizational and project management skills; superior attention to detail

**Preferred**:

- Working understanding of PMPRB regulations, health technology assessment and health economic methodologies and outputs, and the Canadian market access/reimbursement environment preferred

**Other**:

- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced EXCEL skill an asset
