**Who We're Looking For**:You have a strong background in group childcare and are ready to step into a leadership role. You excel in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing team coordination, parent communication, and daily operations. Experience in staff supervision and administration is a strong asset.

**What You'll Do**:

- Supervise a group of children alongside a second educator (2:12 ratio).
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Lead on-site training, ensuring new staff are properly onboarded and prepared to manage their own groups.
- Handle illness-related calls, coordinate substitute educators, and communicate weather-related cancellations to parents.
- Support and manage staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture.
- Oversee scheduling and address on-site parent inquiries.
- Implement Sunhouse Academy’s programming with creativity and care.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term growth and program development.

As enrolment increases, this role will transition into a higher-level management position, overseeing daily operations across multiple groups.
