**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in meal preparation under the supervision of the dietary manager
- Serve meals to residents or patients following specific dietary guidelines
- Clean kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas
- Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food handling
- Provide excellent customer service to residents or patients during meal times

**Qualifications**
- Must possess a Food Handler's Certificate
- Physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred, working in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus
- Willingness to help with various kitchen tasks as needed
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check(including a Criminal Record Background Check) or be willing to obtain one

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.34 per hour
