Overview / Description:
As a post-production producer, you will be responsible for the production of social and digital content, including small to mid-size shoots, animatics, boardomatics, post-production for video, illustration, motion graphics, and audio. Any experience with ACTRA/UDA and managing activation events is an asset.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités:

- Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will partner closely with the editorial, creative and account service teams
- Cultivate positive relationships with our production partners: Producers, Editors, Audio houses, etc
- Manage the post-production pipeline of multiple projects and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly
- Understand and effectively communicate scope needs and requirements to internal team members, external partners, and freelance resources
- Prepare quotes and schedules for offline, transfer, online and audio with consultation from a Senior Editor and/or Executive Producer
- Manage and communicate status updates to the internal project team and ensure that issues and risks are properly identified, considered, escalated, and resolved
- Manage multiple projects as needed
- Be client facing as needed

Qualifications:

- 3 + years of post-production experience in an agency or post-production studio environment
- Strong client communication skills
- Creative problem solver; cares tremendously to produce superior work
- Understanding of production and post-production workflow
- Experience managing budgets
- Must be a strong collaborator and work well with multiple teams
- Must be extremely organized and have a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the latest technology and equipment in video production
