**Director, Site Merchandising**

Safyre Labs Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Director of Site Merchandising to build and execute our site merchandising strategy, including product discovery, management of the seasonal calendar, and promotional cadence and measurement.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop promotional calendar, forecast margin impact and manage promotional budget.
- Maintain product categorizations, filters, attributes, sort orders, and site search results to ensure customers can find what they need through search and browse.
- Analyze site performance and make optimizations to enhance conversion and drive revenue as it relates to site merchandising.
- Report out monthly/seasonally on product and promotional performance
- Regularly QA all sites on web and mobile, especially after any release
- Launch new products on site, merchandising in collections, ensuring optimal PDP design, cross-selling items
- Actively participate in decision making regarding user experience, new features, new tools, and on-site marketing tactics, as they relate to merchandising.
- Lead and conduct research on competitor offerings for best practices, trends, new ideas and actions to be taken related to the online consumer shopping experience and site presentation.

**Education & Skills**
- University or college degree in a related field
- A minimum of 5-8 years experience in progressively responsible merchandising roles
- Strong data analytic skills
- Proficiency with basic productivity software (Google Suite, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Prior DTC site merchandising experience, experience with jewelry category is a plus
- Clearly communicate in both written and oral formats
- Be resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
- Take the initiative to seek out new tasks and innovative projects

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Toronto.
