Lube Technician

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Assist customers with questions regarding services and vehicle maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues with vehicles.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and customer expectations.
- Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle condition.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to use various tools effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service operations.
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling additional services.
