Salary:
ONE Properties (ONE) is seeking a **Accounts Payable Administrator** to join our property management and corporate team in Edmonton, AB.

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director, Property Management Accounting, the Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payables and payments at both the property level and corporate level.

**Accountabilities**

**Operations**
- Process invoices at the property level for assigned portfolio of properties in Yardi Payscan
- Process invoices at the corporate level for invoices related to the operating companies and ensure accurate general ledger coding and allocation between business units
- Verify vendor WCB clearance, insurance and statutory declarations for progress claims
- Prepare cheque run and mail out as per established schedule
- Review and process employee expense claims and ensure accurate general ledger coding
- Correspond with internal team members to resolve discrepancies and reconcile accounts
- Assist with providing supporting documents for annual audits
- Utility invoice tracking and reconciliation
- Obtain expired vendor liability insurance
- Vacation coverage for other AP Administrators during extended absences
- Assist with non-payable tasks including corporate chargebacks and invoicing
- Other duties as required and assigned by the Director, Property Management Accounting

**Qualifications**
- ** Education** - Completion of an accounting diploma preferred.
- ** Experience** - Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
- ** Relationship Skills - **Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with team members and clients. Exercises confidentiality.
- ** Organizational/Multi-Task Skills** - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; ability to achieve quality results ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and adapt to new ideas and constant changes; results-oriented, detail-oriented and accurate.
- ** Computer Skills -** Proficient in a variety of computer software packages including Microsoft Office and property management/accounting programs, with preference given to Yardi and Sage.
- ** Police Clearance **- A criminal verification check is required for employment.
