Le poste de caissier(re) est une occasion parfaite pour les individus désireux de faire partie de notre nouvelle équipe et qui sont impatients d'apprendre et de progresser dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité. RESPONSABILITÉS DU CAISSIER(RE)
- Prendre des commandes au téléphone en orientant le client vers ses besoins
- Offrir un service de haute qualité en répondant aux diverses questions et en prenant notes des restrictions alimentaires et allergies
- Communiquer clairement et efficacement avec la cuisine pour tout besoin particulier du client
- Préparer les commandes des clients (identifier les items et les emballer) et encaisser les factures
- Compléter les tâches qui lui sont assignées, tout en aidant ses collègues, si nécessaire
- Adhérer aux mesures sanitaires en s’assurant de maintenir un espace de travail propre et ordonné
- Résolution de problèmes.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
- 21 ans et plus
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide qui peut être sous pression
- Habilité à communiquer efficacement et courtoisement en anglais et en français
- Capacité à démontrer l'hospitalité et l'esprit d'équipe
- Doit être proactif et doit chercher à s’améliorer
- Doit absolument être disponible du lundi au mercredi entre 3h45pm et 10pm.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take client's orders and guiding them depending on their needs.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff
- Ensure high standards of service by answering any questions and taking notes of any food restrictions or allergy the client can have
- Prepare customer's orders (identify the items and pack them properly)
- Assist in tasks restaurant-wide and help team when needed
- Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Adhere to sanitation measures while maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Problem resolution

QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 years old minimum
- Organizational and communication skills are a must
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral communication skills in both French & English
- Ability to be proactive and looking to improve
- Ability to ensure hospitality and teamsmanship
- Availabilities must include at least Monday to Wednesday 3h45pm to 10pm
