**Expectations**
- Perform any labor duties when instructed.
- Work around heavy equipment, assisting with various tasks including installation of culverts, operating compactors/plate tampers, installation of geofabrics and liners, and other construction tasks.
- Willingness to perform and complete tasks as instructed on an as needed basis.
- Strong communicator
- Ability to collaborate and work well with a team.
- Valid OFA3 would be an asset

**Qualifications**
- Must be willing to do shift work.
- Background and heavy civil experience an asset.
- Class 5 driver’s license is required.
