We are seeking an experienced Onboarding and Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Product Data Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating EDI and API onboarding connections with our customers. Ensuring timely and accurate communications and data exchange.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist with customer onboarding, working with customers to develop and implement EDI connections or portal set up including testing and troubleshooting.
- Work with customers to determine Data and EDI requirements and develop implementation plan.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that EDI data is integrated with other business systems and processes.
- Provide support to customers and internal teams on data needs and requirements for our customers.
- Keep customer information files up to date and regularly review programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EDI and data exchange systems
- Assisting with resolution of customer issues as needed.
- Cross functional coordination with Sales, Customer Care, Logistics, Data Management on customer set up and communication.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in Business, Information Systems or related field
- 3 years experience in systems support, EDI implementation and support
- Knowledge in EDI and API standards and protocols.
- Strong Ecommerce or retail business acumen.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Organized, methodical and structured, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Accountable to timelines and responsive to customer requests
- Able to work independently and within a larger team with multiple requirements.
- Team player with an upbeat and helpful attitude
- Strong technical skills highly organized and a master at multitasking
- Experience with EDI mapping and translation software a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
