**Previous work experience which includes retail sales, customer service or hospitality training, and experience in a fast-paced, high customer expectation environment would be an asset.**

**Responsibilities** **include**(but not limited to)**:
Reviewing online appointments
Booking appointments over the phone
Following up with customers who declined repairs
Reporting appointment statistics daily (Excel)
Using multiple computer programs (Serti, Outlook, Excel, Chrome)

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm **OR **8:00am - 5:00pm _(Your choice)_
- No weekends

**Compensation structure**:
Hourly wage + bonus per appointments booked

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
