**DRIVER/LABOURER**

Atlas provides junk pick-up and disposal services to thousands of clients by appointment every year. Our services range from single item pick up, to clearing out an entire house, back yard or office of unwanted 'junk'. This position will allow you to work in a wide variety of places around victoria, meet a ton of interesting people and improve your customer service, and driving skills in the process

Our business operates Monday - Friday so you'll always have weekends off. We also offer **4-DAY WORK WEEKS **(4 X 8 to10 hour shifts) meaning you'll have up to 3 days off to enjoy doing whatever you love to do

**POSITION TYPE**:

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Class 5 Drivers License (Full)
- Good Time Management.
- Reliable & Hardworking.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Ability to problem-solve and perform professionally in a customer service role
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Can lift up to 50lbs repededly

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Working as the Driver - as a two person truck team you'll operate one of our Atlas mini dump trucks (no special license required) to the various job and disposal sites around victoria.
- Working as the Passenger - as a two person truck team, you'll aid the driver with next job planning and route navigation. The passenger will also handle any client communication prior to the upcoming job - such as providing a courtesy call before showing up and taking note of any specific job details.
- Once on-site at a clients property - Provide on-site estimates and communicate material details, providing friendly and professional service.
- Load various materials from a client's home, yard, or business into the truck - sorting for proper disposal, recycle, and donation.
- Accept payments on-site using a wireless point of sale machine (Tip options as well)
- Recording detailed job and vehicle maintenance data.

**COMPENSATION**:

- $20 - $22 / hour + TIPS (up to $3000-$3,500 on average / month)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
