The Program Facilitator is responsible for assisting the Tournament Director and Publicity Chair (TTC Executive Committee members) in planning and coordinating club programming for players of all ages and abilities. Club programming consists of, but is not limited to: weekly tennis lessons, junior camps, Try Tennis events, and member tournaments.

The Program Facilitator’s main responsibility will be on-court leadership and support for the coaching and instruction of a wide variety of TTC programming. They will be involved with event planning, scheduling and communication in support of TTC programs and events. Most of TTC’s programming is run with the support of volunteers, so the Program Facilitator will be in charge of ensuring that our volunteer base is well-supported so that things run efficiently and so that the experience is enjoyable for all.

The Program Facilitator will work closely with the Outreach Coordinator (another staff member) in creating programming that supports and strengthens the TTC’s Outreach goals. Their part in this will include planning special games and activities tailored to the participating groups.

In addition to the responsibilities specific to this position, the Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for sharing the following duties:

- Court booking, management
- Making and answering phone calls
- Helping members and visitors
- Ensuring the Clubhouse and grounds are tidy at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
