**About the Position**:
We are currently seeking an **Early Childhood Educator (Floater)** to join our team
This is a **permanent position** that supports multiple classrooms as needed and may evolve into a **dedicated role in our Toddler Room** as our program expands. The floater plays a key role in maintaining quality care, supporting consistency for children, and fostering teamwork among educators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care to children aged 12 months-5 years.
- Support educators in various rooms by maintaining routines, assisting with programming, and fostering smooth transitions.
- Develop and implement play-based, child-led learning experiences that support children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Foster children’s dispositions to learn through curiosity, exploration, and engagement.
- Model and promote self-regulation, empathy, and positive interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to create inclusive environments that reflect the Alberta Early Learning and Child Care Framework (Flight).
- Participate in the **ASaP program** and professional learning opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Level 1, 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification (Alberta).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience working with toddlers and preschoolers is an asset.
