This is an interview position. GENERAL SUMMARY To assist the manager in administrative and station operational duties as required. To lead cargo handlers and other sort staff, and participate as a working member in the operation of sort functions to ensure proper package handling, routing and the recovery of potential service failures. To model the way for hourly employees by becoming a mentor and demonstrating role model behaviour including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership ability (through Best Practices methods)

To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility. To transport freight within and between facilities.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- High school diploma/educational equivalent preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. or maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
