**Excellence Auto Collision - Silverstar **is looking for an experienced full time **Accounting** Clerk** to join our growing team You will be responsible for supporting accounting activities within the store.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Manage Accounts Receivable/Payable including posting daily transactions, reconciliation of accounts, & follow-up on outstanding accounts
- Process payable invoices/payments according to company policy
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly invoicing for assigned operating groups
- Assist with other accounting functions/special projects
- Ensure validity, integrity, & accuracy of input data
- Assist with journal entries, bank deposits, & daily/monthly reconciliations
- Contribute to month end closing process

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Experience with CDK is an asset
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
