**Responsibilities**:

- Provide hardware and software support to local and remote users
- Configure, diagnose, repair and deploy a wide range of office and industrial computers and computer related devices
- Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
- Create and maintain technical documentation and inventory logs
- Assist users with new technology deployments

**Qualifications**:

- College Certificate
- Experience in Information and Technology would be considered an asset
