**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features and specifications.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with sales support staff to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage customer follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance and inventory management.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive market trends is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone.
- A background in sales support or organizational roles will be beneficial in managing customer relationships efficiently.

Pay: $42,508.20-$83,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
