- Ensure the smooth operation of the store and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, motivate, train, and supervise a team with passion and energy.
- Guarantee optimal store performance daily.

- Optimize your sales skills to maximize profitability.

**Additionally, our ideal colleague is qualified as follows**:
- Has 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience for this role.
- Holds a college diploma.
- Is available flexibly, including days, evenings, and weekends according to the company's needs.
- Demonstrates marked autonomy and initiative.
- Shows excellent customer orientation.
- Has strong management and communication skills.
- Shows good judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Efficiently organizes and plans work.
**To succeed in this role, you will need to**:
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Develop lasting and authentic relationships with customers.
- Optimize sales and maximize profitability.
- Validate and communicate sales reports and relevant information.
- Ensure the implementation of promotions and attractive product displays.
- Supervise inventory controls and track product orders.
- Continuously recruit and train employees to maintain high performance.
- Clearly define and communicate sales goals to the team.
- Plan and manage store operations according to established procedures.
- Ensure store openings and closings according to established schedules.
- Integrate and respect policies, procedures, and controls in every aspect of daily operations.
- Ensure regular and impeccable store maintenance.
- Plan, record, and approve work schedules, and manage timesheets according to working hour management rules.
- Follow established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the administrative center when necessary.
- Perform all other related tasks diligently and proactively.
