**We Are Looking For**

A **Temporary Project Assistant **who is committed to championing new technology and processes and provide exceptional support to our team. This position is expected to last for 6 months.

**What You’ll Do**

Assist in the successful implementation of new software for our building operations team. This includes:

- Accurately input data into Excel, ensuring a seamless transfer of data to maximize the efficiency of the new software program.
- Travel to various buildings and conduct on-site visits to create/validate comprehensive equipment lists.
- Locate physical building drawings and digitize them, storing them in appropriate folders.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and relevant stakeholders to ensure a well-coordinated and successful program launch.
- Other duties as required.

**About You**
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- You can follow company guidelines and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- You are a great problem solver, self-motivated and super organized.
