**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Be the main point of contact with clients in person, welcoming clients, managing feedback, and ensuring the highest level of client experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute client retention measurement, optimize the number monthly.
- Plan monthly sales and promotion agenda a year in advance and assign tasks accordingly to the Content creator, Marketing team, Client Care Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, artists and aestheticians.
- Hold monthly meetings with the entire team with specific topics, areas of improvement and perform a monthly 1:1 performance review.
- Ensure the studio is meeting the highest standards and make sure daily tasks are done by all team members.
- Daily sales batch.
- Weekly report & monthly report review.
- Lead the team with vision, opportunities and create a harmonious working environment.
- Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Analyze local advertising opportunities and digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and client acquisition.
- Ensure the studio’s aesthetic aligns with the brand's luxury image by overseeing the setup of promotional displays, window signage, and in-studio marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities, content creation, and portfolio showcases with client preferences and market trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with local influencers, beauty bloggers, and media outlets to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Organize special events, beauty workshops, and client appreciation days to enhance community engagement and client loyalty.
- Manage on-site rental business, renewing rentals contracts, looking for new lessees, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and develop actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of local beauty markets, advertising channels, and cost analysis is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Spa Manager, or in a similar role preferably within the beauty, permanent makeup, or medical aesthetics industry.

Pay: $33,308.04-$67,842.42 per year
