**Job Description**:
As an Autobody Apprentice at Fix Auto Lacombe, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn the ins and outs of the autobody repair industry. This apprenticeship is designed to provide you with hands-on training and valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be involved in all aspects of collision repair, from assessing damage to restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior technicians in the repair and restoration of damaged vehicles.
- Perform disassembly and reassembly of vehicle components.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess damage and determine repair needs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and a passion for learning.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform the tasks required, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
