Concrete Labourer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris
- Operate equipment such as concrete pumps, power screeds, and trowels
- Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
- Install concrete forms and reinforcing materials
- Perform general maintenance on tools and equipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Work independently or as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in concrete work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
