**Position Summary**
Magellan Aerospace has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time permanent **Human Resources Administrator** at our plant in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Documenting and setting up new employees on the HRIS and other applicable systems.
- Processing terminations on the system(s) and ensuring related follow-up activities are carried out.
- Scheduling and ensuring the hourly wage progressions are processed in accordance with the governing Collective Agreements, organizing and following up on the hourly performance review systems in place.
- Processing employee status changes in the HRIS.
- Preparing period end reports, providing ad hoc reports as required and maintaining hourly seniority listings in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
- Organizing, tracking, reporting and carrying out the HR administrative elements of the Magellan vacation plans.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks such as filing and answering employee questions.
**Position Requirements / Qualifications**
- Minimum of two (2) years of Administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to process large volumes of information accurately and meet set deadlines.
