**Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations**: Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
- **Cooler Work**: Maintain a clean and safe cooler environment, ensuring all products are stored at the proper temperature and in order that it was received or dated.
- **Warehouse organization**: Help with picking and packing orders, making sure products are properly organized to optimize space based on the date they arrived, making sure product is properly labeled and stored.
- **Inventory Control**: Perform routine checks of inventory to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- **Equipment Use**: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including handling products safely in cold environments.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other warehouse staff and management to ensure the smooth flow of operations. Communicate if something needs repair or maintenance.
- **Speed**:The work is very fast paced and high demand and you have to be able to keep up with the pace of the warehouse.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous warehouse or cooler experience is a **must**. Minimum of 1-2 years. **Must**have an up to date forklift ticket. WHIMIS and first aid training preferred.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet moving for long periods, and work in cold environments. This is a very fast paced environment and things can change constantly.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep accurate records.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- **Safety-Focused**: Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- **Weekend work**:Must be able to work weekends as weekends are our busiest days.
- **Reliable transportation**:Must be a quick bus ride or have a vehicle. we prefer to hire people more near to our location.
- **Language**: English. _(_**Must**_ _be able to effectively communicate and write in the English language.)_
