Elite Boxing & Fitness is seeking a motivated, energetic, and community-focused Group Fitness Trainer to lead our bootcamp-style workouts. This coach will play a key role in delivering high-quality group sessions that inspire, challenge, and empower our members—especially within our growing women’s-only fitness classes. What You’ll Do
- Lead high-energy, 45-60 minute group fitness classes in a fun and professional environment
- Coach members of all fitness levels with clear instruction, personalized support, and motivating energy
- Provide exercise modifications and ensure proper form and safety throughout the session
- Prepare ahead of each class by reviewing the workout structure and exercise standards
- Cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere—especially for our women’s bootcamp community
- Support daily studio upkeep and contribute to a clean, organized training space

What We’re Looking For
- A strong passion for group fitness and building a sense of community
- A female coach is preferred to lead women-focused group classes
- Group fitness or personal training certification (e.g., CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, etc.)
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Strong leadership skills, punctuality, and the ability to bring energy to every session
- Bonus: Background in boxing, functional training, or athletic performance

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Fitness Coach: 2 years (preferred)
