**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote long-term partnerships.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and present customized HVAC service solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close HVAC maintenance and service contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in a CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance contracts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary range**:$70,000 - $100,000** (commensurate with experience).
