**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible providing customer service and support for an innovative high-profile photo lab and retail store location in Downtown Toronto.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service skills.
- Socialize and interact with customers in-store and online, assist with product inquiries, provide thorough and accurate product knowledge and guidance on items available for purchase, and up sell/cross sell products.
- Responsible for assisting customers with ordering photos and other products in-store, over the phone and online.
- Assist in the creation, organization and maintenance of digital content on various social media platforms and website.
- Maintain, manage and organize merchandise, as well as the overall look of the store. Activities include arranging products, monitoring of merchandise displays, inventory control, general housekeeping and stocking shelves as required.
- Ability to quickly resolve any in-store issues that may arise.
- Work with the management to develop action plans to drive top line sales growth and in the creation of new programs and services.

**Skills / Education**
- 3+ years previous experience working as a retail sales associate, preferably with photo or other technical products.
- Customer focused, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Strong familiarity with various photographic film mediums.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong computer skills and technical ability.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and other photographic editing and graphic design software and platforms.
- Experience with various social media platforms.
- Self-motivated individual with high degree of energy, enthusiasm and dedication.
- Creative thinker, ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, takes initiative.
- Strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to relate with customers, fellow workers and store management effectively.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Film Photography: 3 years (preferred)
- Photography: 3 years (preferred)
- Graphic Design/Photoshop: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
