Maintenance Worker

Dog Kennel Maintenance Person

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing dog kennel fences, kennel gates, trim and molding etc.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Carpentry skills would be helpful with the repair, creation and installation of puppy pens and enclosures.
- Respond to maintenance requests from the business owner and the kennel manager in a timely manner.
- We are open to creating a customized position that combines your skills with our needs if you have a desire to work with animals, do cleaning tasks etc.

**Skills**:

- Skills in general maintenance principals are an asset for this position.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance problems.
- A genuine love of animals (dogs and chickens) is required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
