**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of how Bank, Trust, and Private Lending functions
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent judgment / must be able to make independent decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Works well under pressure
- Flexible to work some time outside of business hours
- Familiarity with mortgage process documents, i.e. Mortgage Statements, Purchase & Sale Agreement, T4A, T1, NOAs, Tax Bill, and Insurance Policy documents

**Compensation**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday

Experience: Mortgage Lending and day to day brokerage operations: (preferred)

Language: English (required)

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
