Sales Representative

**Hours: Part-Time, On-call and Potential for Full time hours.**

**Job Title: Sales Associate.**

Black Lantern Vape Kincardine is looking for a Part-Time, On-call Sale Associate that may have potential to turn into full time hours. We are a family owned Vape/Retail Store and we specialize in Premium E-Juice, Disposables, Vaping Accessories, and all the necessary accessories required to make your Vaping experience be the best that it can be.

The Sale Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service as per company standards, working with a Point of Sale (POS) system, generating sales, merchandising Vape and general upkeep of the stores cleanliness and appearance.

**Major Duties**: You work on the front lines, carrying out transactions, spotting sales opportunities. We value each person’s unique customer service style and encourage our representatives to bring their best to the counter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a friendly positive and mature attitude.
- Multi-tasking to serve multiple customers at a time while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Answering customers questions/concerns in person and over the phone. **Operating a POS system with accuracy.**

**Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience with Vaping culture.
- Knowledge of the Vaping industry is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and self-motivation.
- Friendly, trustworthy and reliable.
- Must be able to work in a vaporized environment.
- Current or previous vaping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of currant Vaping industry products and standards.
- Minimum of 2 year in a retail sales/customer service experience required
- Must be able to work a flexible shift: Days, Evening, Weekends and On call.
- Minimum Wage + Employee Discounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
