**About the Opportunity**

LCU Insurance is looking for an experienced and dedicated Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team. The Commercial Producer is responsible for:

- Managing an existing book of commercial clients
- Growing the portfolio through relationships and networking with local businesses
- Making referrals to other lines of business
- Building strong relationships with Insurance providers
- Providing excellent customer service
- Acting as a work leader to other agency staff in the absence of the Agency Manager
- Successful completion of CAIB I, II, and III and working towards completion of CAIB IV
- Completion of industry related courses to maintain a Level III license
- 6+ years of insurance services experience, preferably in a Credit Union subsidiary environment
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Some experience in a senior or supervisory capacity involving leading and coaching other staff and performing various administrative functions
- A professional and upbeat attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deal effectively with client and employee problems or complaints
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with others
- Dedication to providing and demonstrating exceptional service and leadership to all.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
