DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Install, test, observe and maintain equipment and machinery using hand or specific tools and other testing devices to diagnose malfunctions and performance issue and to make repairs as needed:

- PLC programming and controls
- Bottle blow moulding line
- Bottle liquid filling & packaging line
- Steam-based shrink sleeve line
- SIngle and multiple packet liquid packaging line
- Dry granulation production line
- Single and multiple packet granule packaging line
- Tablet manufacturing & packaging line
- VFF machines for wet product volumetric /rotary pumps, tank mixers
- CIP cleaning machine
- Boilers & steam generators
- Conveyor systems
- Taping & boxing machines

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- minumum 3 years of in-depth knowledge and experience - AEC?DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), device drivers, CAD software (computer-assisted software) Data analysis software and PLC programming software
- Fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of Maderin& Cantonese an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrate decision-making and problem-solving capabilities with a high degree of critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with all employees and contractors and to provide technical help when needed
- Must have experience working with : low voltage solenoids, low voltage switches, 600 V 3 phase /208V 60- Hz power, sanitary (tri-clamp) tubing and fittings
- Previous expereince in a foo manufactruing envrionment or related instrutry an asset

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
