Breakfast Bar Attendant and Daytime Banquet Server

Rodd Royalty Hotel is looking for a part-time Breakfast Attendant and day banquet server. This position is ideal for someone who likes early mornings and interaction with guests.

**Job Duties Incude**:
1. Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar.

2. Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day.

3. Ordering and purchasing of food supplies

4. Preparing food such as fresh fruit coffee and juices from concentrate.

5. Stocking coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers

6. Setting up service dishes/trays, utensils, cups and/or paper products.

7. Setting out/arranging cold foods, such as pastries, cereals etc.

8. Preparing and setting up hot food items

9. Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.

10. Wiping up spills

11. Restocking the breakfast items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and for the next day.

12. Washing serving equipment and returning to storage.

13. Returning reuseable food supplies to storage.

14. Listening and responding to guest’s requests and complaints.

15. Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors.

16. All other duties as assigned.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Detail oriented, organized and efficient
- Have high quality of standards for service, customer service focused
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Be courteous and friendly, genuinely like interacting with people
- Good team player
- Be able to work independently with little supervision
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to adapt to change, think on your feet
- Be able to stand and walk short distances. Have the ability to handle, lift and move objects up to 20lbs over short distances. Bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift to perform routine job tasks.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
