As a Rope Access Insulator, you will be a key member of our team responsible for executing high-altitude tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety. **Position Information**:

- 10 hour shifts, 5 days a week
- IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain
- Travel paid, accommodations provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Install insulation materials, such as foam, fiberglass, or mineral wool, to prevent heat transfer, reduce energy consumption, or control sound.
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas.
- Secure insulation in place using appropriate fasteners and adhesives.
- Regularly inspect insulation for signs of wear, damage, or degradation.
- Replace or repair insulation that has become compromised.
- Recommend and implement improvements or upgrades to enhance insulation performance.
- Consult with clients or project managers to determine insulation needs based on factors like temperature requirements, acoustic considerations, or electrical insulation needs.
- Provide recommendations on the most suitable insulation materials and techniques for different environments.
- Collaborate with construction or maintenance teams to ensure proper installation according to specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Insulator certification required, or proof of hours
- IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain
- Current safety certifications as required
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
