**Position Overview**

We are hiring tutors with **strong Math proficiency (mandatory)** with good english.

Tutoring is offered **in-person (North Vancouver)** based on your availability.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring (K-12 & university)
- Adapt lessons to student learning styles and goals
- Track progress and communicate professionally with families
- Maintain punctuality, consistency, and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree required** (graduated within the last **5 years**) in Canada or US
- **Math tutoring experience is a bonus**:

- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Reliable, responsible, and student-focused
- Must be **19 years or older**:

- BC teaching certification is an asset, not required

**Compensation & Growth**
- **$20.00-$40.00/hour**, based on experience and performance
- Performance-based raises
