**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance the beverage menu.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is required with minimum 1 year experience in a high volume setting.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic cashiering skills.
- Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Experience opening and closing as asset as well as supervisor experience.
