**Data Analyst - AI Specialist**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders to understand business needs
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to be used for machine learning models
- Develop and maintain data models that can be used by AI systems
- Develop machine learning models using various programming languages and tools
- Train models using relevant data sets and fine-tune them for accuracy and performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the company's systems
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to project stakeholders
- Stay current with AI trends and advancements in the construction industry to help drive innovation within R.W. Tomlinson.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the field of AI
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, or other relevant data analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of security best practices for AI, such as data anonymization, secure model deployment, and secure data handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
