**Job Requirements and Skills**:
- Has the following safety certificates and license: Working at heights, WHMIS, 4 Step Safety Awareness.
- Has experience in concrete forming, concrete finishing including smooth and textured surface as well as rough carpentry, and usage of heavy equipment, cleaning and material organization.
- Has the ability to lift 75 +pounds, bend, squat, crouch, kneel and climb stairs consistently throughout the day.
- Has a positive and collaborative attitude
- Is a quick learner.
**Job Duties**:
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barricades required at construction sites
- Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete
- Assist in demolishing walls and structures using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
- Use and maintain machines or equipment used in construction such as power tools, compressors, pumps, etc
- Operate skid steer and its attachments.
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed
**Salary**: $28.00 per hour
