As a CNC Operator at Minuteman Press, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, transforming design concepts into tangible, eye-catching signs.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Machine Operation**: Proficiently operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to precisely cut, shape, and engrave various materials, including wood, metal, and plastic.

**Programming**: Create and modify CNC programs based on design specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the production process.

**Material Selection**: Collaborate with the production team to choose the appropriate materials for each project, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.

**Quality Control**: Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications.

**Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.

**Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, fabricators, and other team members to bring creative visions to life and contribute to the overall success of the projects.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
**Experience**: Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a signage or related manufacturing environment.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

**Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

**Team Player**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
