A team of 2 experienced office cleaners with over 15+ years of professional commercial cleaning experience in
**_Showcase-Type Cleaning_** is needed to clean a showroom facility located in Richmond Hill once a week.

**Job Position Requirements**:

- Available to clean on Wednesdays after 6 pm until 9 pm from April to November, and on Tuesdays and Fridays during December to March.
- Must be a team of two-(2) office cleaners (3 hours per cleaner)
- Must be experience in **_Showcase-Type Cleaning _**(this is not a regular office cleaning position)**:

- 15+ years of professional commercial cleaning experience
- 3 work-related references
- Own vehicle
- Criminal record check (paid by us, unless you already have one)
- Residency in Richmond Hill or close surroundings within a 20-minute commute from Yonge Street Richmond Hill.

**Cleaning services required**:

- Clean both glass entrance doors inside and out.
- Thoroughly clean 7 toilets, including scrubbing the toilet bowls, cleaning mirrors, faucets, and sinks, and mopping the floors.
- Inspect and clean all showroom home feature displays on shelves and floors to remove dust, fingerprints, smudges, and dirt using microfiber cloths.
- Clean the desks, shelves, cabinets, counters, phones, and dust computer screens in the office, reception, and sales area without disturbing any papers.
- Dry mop and wet mop hard floors and 2 staircases.
- Vacuum carpets and mats.
- Refill and wipe down all soap, toilet paper and paper towel dispenser
- Empty all waste containers and replace garbage bags as required.

**The vacuum, bucket, mop stick, mop heads, all-purpose disinfectant bottles, spray bottles, window cleaner, microfibers, duster, and paper towels are already available for you. There's no need for you to provide anything.**

**We pay everyone once a month on the 8th of each month via e-transfers. The pay per cleaning is $150, or $600-$750 depending on the amount of cleanings provided that month. (3 hours per cleaner, per cleaning).
