- Oversee daily operations of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members, including hiring and scheduling
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols
- Help prepare schedules and ensure restaurant if properly staffed.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training

- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to effectively train and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Has the hospitality gene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in schedule

**(we close at 9pm so we are not a late-night service restaurant)**
** Required to have safe food handlers certificate within first 3 months of job (if you don't have we will reimburse the cost of the course)**
** Required to have first aid certificate within 3 months of employment (if you don't have we will reimburse the cost of the course)**
** An current drivers license and access to a car would be considered an asset.**

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, ON N4S 3W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QSR: 1 year (preferred)
